Friendly staff easy to deal with. Good packing and delivery Excellent product

I purchased the waxed canvas Sling bag. It is a perfect size for my Canon EOS R5,the Canon 100-500 telephoto, Canon 24-70 lens, 2x teleconference, spare batteries and charger. I also have room in the upper section for filters, spare memory and a lens cleaning kit. The bag seems very well made and sits very comfortably on my back. I love how I can slide it from my back to the front and get access to my gear without taking it off. While in the front, the bag can be used to rest my elbows on for added stability for telephoto pictures. I just got this bag so I haven't used it much, but I love it.

Package was days late. And never received an email saying it was shipped

After I placed my order the money was accepted but then I was sent a message what I ordered was out of stock. The individual that picked up my service request through the website was wonderfully helpful and got me to finding a replacement from which she got my invoice updated and the item shipped. Job well done!

I am really happy with the 17” leather laptop bag I ordered for my husband. It’s nice, thick leather and well-designed. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!
