Be careful
Be careful! They told us they will help us to get leads by cold emailing. They even recommended a company Listkit. Not only we did not get ANY leads but they tried to keep charging us. Keep in mind that they already scammed us for $5000 and their billing department keep sending us bills. We are reporting them. Be careful!
Update on the review to address the inaccuracies in their response: During our sales call with Robert, I repeatedly asked if leads from cold emails were a good idea and whether they had experience with them. I made it clear that, unless you have quality leads, it won’t work. Robert confirmed that THEY HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE. I then asked if it was in our industry, and he confirmed. After that, they introduced us to Listkit via an introductory email. I have screenshots of this and will try to upload them if possible. I’m sharing this to help others avoid losing money in this already difficult economy.

Timeline of Events
October 22 – Onboarding
We collaborated with you to ensure compliance with TCR requirements, set up your campaign registration, and establish workflows, including creating an offer message and communication systems.
October 28 – Call with Listkit
You independently agreed to purchase 5,000 leads from Listkit, a third-party lead provider we referred. While we facilitated the connection, we do not have control over the quality or targeting of the leads they provide.
October 31 – Launch
We implemented your campaign using the leads provided by Listkit. The leads were successfully imported and messaging was launched as planned.
November – Optimization
During November, we worked diligently to address your concerns regarding lead quality and response rates. We made updates to messaging, recommended new lead sources, and extended your billing by 30 days as a courtesy to give you additional time to refine and assess your campaigns.
December – Cancellation
On December 10, you formally requested cancellation, expressing dissatisfaction with the leads, which you noted were not targeted to your client avatar. While we attempted to address these concerns, including suggesting alternative strategies and tools, you confirmed your decision to cancel.
Billing and Charges
The bill you received after cancellation was for overage charges incurred during your use of the service. These charges were related to exceeding the agreed-upon usage limits while the campaign was active. No unauthorized charges were made.
Clarification on Leads
Listkit, as a third-party provider, is independent of our company. While they delivered the leads as agreed, we do not control the quality or targeting of these leads. It’s important to note that you did receive leads, but they were not aligned with your specific client avatar, which impacted their effectiveness.
Commitment to Support
Throughout our engagement, we took proactive steps to address your concerns, including offering personalized support, refining outreach strategies, and extending courtesy billing adjustments. While we regret that these efforts did not lead to your desired outcomes, we remain committed to supporting all clients with integrity and transparency.

WooSender AI is Amazing!
Our company officially launched WooSender a couple of weeks ago, and it has been a game-changer. It worked so well that the sales reps asked to turn it off for a few days to catch up with all the leads. Initially, we were skeptical, but WooSender is doing exactly what our sales and account manager Bailey said it would do.
The one-on-one training is fantastic. Fortunately, we have been assigned to an outstanding AI Specialist, Kathryn Donkers, who handles the onboarding, optimization, and training. Kathryn is very passionate about her company and highly organized and efficient with the sales team; after our training sessions, she always follows up with a recap and summary via email for everyone on the call and is ALWAYS accessible when needed.
I can't say enough about WooSender and its associates. I just signed a year contract and can't wait to uncover all the current capabilities and take advantage of the new features WooSender has to offer in 2025.
