I have used WooSender since 2019 for both myself and my clients.
Using WooSender, we’ve been able to get as much as 90% response rates to inbound leads.
We don’t have to deal with the headache of getting our clients to follow up and respond.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. The system never worked for us despite an enormous amount of effort. It's not actually AI, but rather a bunch of rule based responses that you have to write yourself and it really turns potential customers away because it's obviously a bot. When we tried to cancel, they try to make you get on with a sales person, and then they flat out refuse to cancel. I requested to cancel on December 18th, they waited to respond until the 23rd, after I was billed 3k on the 21st. I have been fighting them ever since to get a refund on that payment and to get them to cancel my account which they are refusing to do. It's a complete nightmare. Please avoid this company like the plague, they have zero business ethics.

The timeline below clearly illustrates that the team did not fully engage with WooSender. They failed to show up for appointments booked by the AI and were not utilizing the system effectively. Steve, the Manager, explicitly shared that the team was reluctant to use WooSender and did not feel incentivized to use the service.

- August 22, 2024 – Onboarding call with Mara (AI Specialist). Spencer (CEO) and Steve (Manager) received platform access and training resources, including the Appointment on Autopilot program and Conversational Ads training.
- August 30, 2024 – Implementation call with Mara. Dashboard, workflows, and follow-up scripts were created.
- September 3, 2024 – A2P registration for SMS/phone calls failed. Steve was responsible for updating compliance.
- September 19, 2024 – A2P registration approved. Campaigns resumed with progress updates.
Despite comprehensive training and support, KPIs indicated strong lead contact rates (far exceeding industry averages), but the team struggled with internal processes:
- November 18, 2024 – KPIs: 2,052 contacts validated, 172 interested, and 66 appointments booked. Contact rate: 86% (compared to the 20% industry average).
- December 3, 2024 – Despite further optimization efforts, the team’s engagement and lead disposition issues persisted, with 678 contacts validated, 71 interested, and 35 appointments booked.
- January 7, 2025 – Threatened the WooSender team with writing negative reviews on BBB and Trustpilot if a refund was not issued.

- List added: 6,750
- Validated: 5,290
- Responded: 5,290

WooSender successfully facilitated communication with 78% of leads well above the 20% industry average for cold lists. However, internal challenges within the team, including missed meetings and lack of incentive, impacted outcomes.
It is disappointing to see our team publicly criticized despite offering continued support and an option for early contract termination outside the agreed 90-day cancellation window, which was declined.
