Why can't I rate this zero stars? Beware of this company. We used it for 6 months with absolutely zero sales, and politely asked to end service but they refused to end the contract. The service isn't even true AI, it is just manually programming scripts in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This business is a total fraud. I paid $5,000 upfront, and they failed to deliver anything they promised. After 30 days, it was clear that the salesperson, had blatantly misrepresented their services. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dishonest company at all costs.

Throughout our engagement, we took careful steps to understand your business objectives, including offering a complimentary billing delay to help allow your team time to implement our recommendations to get your campaign TCR approved. We crafted a strategy focused on optimizing your outbound list and campaign strategy as the most effective and sustainable path toward your objectives. Specifically, we recommended that you follow our recommendations to get you TCR campaign approved but found that your team failed to make the suggested changes required to get the campaign reviewed, as the Opt In Form and Correct Business Number were not updated. In our discussions, we highlighted the competitive landscape and recommended meeting with our team to best optimize and create a cohesive team strategy, which aligned best with the goals and limitations you set. Alternative strategies were presented for more aggressive positioning, but we wanted to be clear about the investments and competitive adjustments needed to achieve those results. You chose instead to remove support from your account and to move from our Platinum plan to our Gold plan. Our team worked diligently to design a plan that respected your preferences while aiming for the best possible outcome. Marketing success relies heavily on the market environment and the ability to adapt, and while our recommendations were structured to maximize impact within your guidelines, the results depend significantly on these external and internal factors. Additionally, you have consistently reached out to our team insisting on a refund, but you have been unable to share any part of our contract that we have not fulfilled. As per our contract we do not provide refunds, and in this situation, we cannot provide a refund because your team did not fulfill their end of their obligations. At WooSender, we pride ourselves on delivering data-driven strategies that have proven successful for a wide range of clients. While we regret that this approach didn’t meet your expectations, our commitment to transparency and results-oriented solutions remains unchanged. For anyone considering our services, please understand that we prioritize realistic, data-backed recommendations and that every client strategy is unique.
