Wool & OakReviews of woolandoak.com

Read the reviews and see for yourself? Scam of a company taking peoples money with excuses after excuses. Ordered my bag in June 2023 and still awaiting delivery. Automated reply with no human contact to cancel the order beware of wool and oak. I have reported to kickstarter also and do not take the replays as another “company” try to bad mouth them this is a genuine scam to raise massive funds and not deliver or drip feed delivery to maximise sale valve

Same experience as all others on this site. Over 3 mo delay. No updates same customs excuses. Refused refund. Stopped communication. Finally got notification bag coming after all my trips. Very frustrating. Very illegal. Should not sell product until available if they are going to refuse refunds with no customer service. Preorder with no product is a Bad way for new company to raise capital. It’s dishonest and horrible to hold customers $ to keep a business going.

I would have chosen 0 stars if that was possible. My bag was supposed to be delivered in December 2023. Since then there has been an excuse or a false promise of delivery. This company is completely unreliable. Do not order here! Not even through Kickstarter. They are scammers. **** new information after wool & oak's response to my review **** It is typical for a scammer to blame or denigrate the victim. Let me refresh your memory. I placed an order for the NOVA bag via Kickstarter on July 30, 2023. The bag would be delivered in December 2023. At the beginning of December I received a message that the bag cannot be delivered due to a cyclone in China. No information about when the bag will be delivered. I will contact you myself in January. You promise to deliver the bag in April 2024. The bag was not delivered in April. I will contact you. You now communicate with 2 email addresses on behalf of customer service: support and wandosupport. One email address promises delivery in the 1st or 3rd week of May. That in itself is a strange promise. The other email address responds a few days later that the batch of new bags has been stuck in a port since March. The bag will of course not be delivered in the third week of May. Not even a confirmation that the shipment has been initiated. And once again I hear nothing from Wool&Oak. I contact them and let them know that I have lost my confidence in Wool & Oak and that I want my money back. Wool & Oak then relies on its return policy of 7 days after placing the order. I have now reported internet scams to the Dutch police. They are going to investigate Wool & Oak. **** extra edit **** Excuse me. It was a cycloon in Chennai (India). I will stop responding via this platform. If you are actually a reliable party, you will ensure that I get my money back. You still sell these bags through your website. Then you can send this bag directly to someone who has confidence in you. Then this new customer does not have to wait a year for his/her purchase. If you have refunded my money within 14 days, I will contact the Dutch police and withdraw my report of internet fraud and update this review on Trustpilot that you have nevertheless been able to implement a reliable, appropriate solution in an attempt to fix the broken customer confidence. P.S. be sure to read the comments on your updates for yourself at the link you provided in your edit 2. There are many more customers like me who confirm that you come up with excuse after excuse without evidence and consistently deliver no products. ***** update 23 June 2024 ***** Finally received my bag after a year. Still waiting for the invoice. I have withdrawn the report of internet fraud to the Dutch police. It is up to the reader of this message to decide for themselves how much confidence you want to have in Wool & Oak.

I ordered my very expensive bag in Nov 2023 with an expected delivery of March 2024. This in itself is long enough but delay after delay has blown this out to 6+ months with the SAME excuse every time I contact their email support - it's the exact same reply I get: that there's some sort of shipping delay and that my order is the 1st in the new batch and will be sent out shortly. No recourse to contact them directly, or speak to a customer service rep or compensation. I too believe this is a SCAM and I will be out of pocket almost AUD $850.00. It now appears everytime someone gives them a negative review, they have the same response - they can't find an order and that I'm writing a fraudulent review from a rival company...what a joke! I have months of email correspondence with their "customer support".

Ordered the Nova Large in Nylon in Nov 2023 for $511 with an expected delivery in Feb 2024. So at the end of Feb, I contacted them when I didn’t receive any shipment notifications and they said delayed until May. Now, at the end of May, I contracted them again and they said it will be delivered in the first week of June. The bag’s price has now been reduced to $375 on their site and I had to buy another luggage because they keep delaying their delivery time with no end in sight. Complete SCAM!

Absolute scam!!! Ordered my Nova bag Oct. 23 for Christmas present and it never came. Despite sending several enquiries about the bag, I keep getting told it’s coming into stock and will be sent out asap but never arrives. No contact number it’s a total scam do not order from them!!!

I have been waiting for the product for six months now, which is four months past when they originally said it would be delivered, and there are just more delays. They sent one annoying message that mentioned their "commitment to transparency" to keep us informed. Their policy is that there are no refunds for shipping delays. I saw on their website that they have added another three month delay for the product. Maybe their product is great, just don't order it in advance unless you are fine waiting months. Now I am not confident that it will arrive within a year.

This is a scamp properly done in Shopify. And Shopify doesn't give a crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are fraud and you never get your products!
