I have used Wool and Oak bags for a while now. Absolutely top quality product. It’s designed to suit every traveler’s needs and it is high quality. I had a small glitch with a return, however, I have to say they were very responsive and corrected what could have been a negative experience. I am very pleased overall with their professional and close care in customer service and I will definitely buy again.

The Duffel Suitcase is the perfect balance of form and function for me as a frequent traveller. It carries easy and unpacks perfectly keeping everything organized and compact. Throughout the pre-order journey I was supported and updated on the journey of my bag and never had to question where my bag was or if it was coming. Bought the Nova a few months back. Used it for a 3-week trip to Europe recently. Was really useful in helping to carry my iPad, kids’ iPads, headphones and cables, plus passports and tickets for the trip too. And then I also had a couple of shirts packed in there too that I wanted to keep wrinkle free. What was really useful was when we flew Ryanair to the UK. The Nova was too big to be a carry-on, so I opened it all up and flat-packed it in my check-in suitcase (I didn't want the baggage handlers to throw it about). Overall, a great bag that I will use all the time for years to come. Recently, I ordered the Wing Backpack, looking forward to that arriving for a few upcoming trips I have.

Just love the Hobo Tote!!! I love that it doesn’t feel too big, but still fits a 16” laptop! It’s beautifully made and very stylish!!
