This was my second item from Wool & Oak and I'm satisfied with the bag that was sent to me. Although a bit late, which is part and parcel of backing Kickstarter projects, the Nova bag I received was well made and exactly matched the description. A small issue I had was rectified quickly with no fuss.

I am updating my review as the company has been focused on improving their service and shipping. I have been using the bag for one year and I LOVE It! The quality is amazing and the bag is like a clown car, you cannot believe how much it holds! We took a ten day trip to Italy and it worked great (with a large backpack). I was so impressed I bought an additional bag for my husband and about to take advantage of their Black Friday sale and purchase the duffle suitcase to match my bag. Highly recommend!!!
