Fantastic service from Johnathan! I recently purchased a duffle from woolandok.com! As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took multiple pictures of the duffle, even sent videos to show them in more detail. The bag arrived quickly and safely packed. I am so delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend the Wool and Oak bags. I used mine twice already, the organization is impeccable. Both times I received compliments from fellow travelers and TSA officers. Thank you Johnathan, you went above and beyond and provided the best service!

I found out about Wool & Oak when I purchased the Voyager Set on their Kickstarter. I have been using my set everywhere in Europe, mostly for my shorter flights. I get stopped all the time, people ask me about the bag. The shipping was easy and they used DHL. When I tried to order one for my wife, they were out of stock, so I contacted ther customer support and they quickly responded that they will have a new set launching soon. I’m very excited!

I'm a huge fan of Wool & Oak and the products they make. I purchased the Voyager Set years ago when it ran on Kickstarter, and I use it for all my travels to this day. The set still looks new, and I regularly get compliments on my luggage. More recently, I purchased the Wings backpack for day-to-day use. The bag is incredibly light and functional and holds up great to daily wear and tear. I'm looking forward to the next Wool & Oak launch and will certainly be purchasing more bags from the company in the future.

I own 3 Wool & Oak bags. I love them all. They make packing for trips, commuting and air travel very easy. The products are smartly designed, great looking and high quality. I would definitely recommend.

Heads down the best bag I ever had. I have been traveling with it for the last couple of years and it looks brand new (even after a desert trip). The leather quality is great, the side compartments make it very easy to travel with, and it perfectly attaches to my trolley. Worth every penny!

Few month ago I had a issue and contacted wool and oak for help. A friend of mine needed urgent a set of bags within a short period of time for traveling. The solution was found uncomplicated and quickly. They send us the bags from stock. They arrived in good shape in more important in the right color. Thanks to wool and oak for helping out. I can assure they are still in use.
