Love my leather bag! It was a pre-order and I did have to wait for it, but it was worth it! I travel for work and its great to be able to separate my shoes from rest of my clothes and also to not have to fold up my suit / dress shirts.

I ordered my bag in January of 2024. I received an email in April that it would likely be summer before I received my bag. I sent a follow up email in June asking for an update and got a reply within 24 hours that it would be late July. But…I received my bag last week (1st week of July) and just returned from my first business trip using my large Nova bag. LOVE it!! Great quality. Love all the pockets, zippers, sections to put things in. The telescope handle is the perfect length. The weight of the bag is great. The zippers are a little stiff but will loosen over time I’m sure. It was worth the wait and Wool and Oak’s communication was timely whether they were driving the communication or were responding to me. I’m thrilled with my purchase!!

Bag arrived in Italy and was amazing. I know there have been some troubles with shipping but the company always took care of communicating with customers and updating about issues that were caused by them btw. Brand and item super approved.

Let’s start with the actual bag. I finally received it about a month ago and I am now getting to use it on holiday. It did take a long time to get the bag. But, now that I have it, it’s fantastic. During the delay, we purchased 2 Solgaard rolling “closets” and I started to pack mine for our trip. Once I had it packed, I realized that everything wouldn’t fit. I then transferred everything into my Nova and was pleasantly surprised as to how much I could fit in it. Everything that went into the Solgaard bag plus enough room after for 5 days worth of pants/shirts that all went in the outside of the bag. Then I was able to put all my toiletries, 2 pairs of shoes (one dress one sneaker), all of my undergarments and medicines in the inside of the duffle once it was folded up. The construction is stellar, the quality of the leather and the zippers is really great. It rolls easily through the airport on both tile and carpet. It fits in the storage compartment of both flights to our destination. It does everything I hoped it would do for our trip. Now, let me address the elephant in the room. It did take a LONG time to receive it. I do feel that wasn’t due to anything by the people at Wool & Oak. Could it have gone smoother? Yes. Did they keep me updated with the latest information they had at the time? Yes. I guess I just had a “I’ll get it when I get it” attitude about the whole process. And when I did get it, I was more than thoroughly impressed with it.

Just received my Nova bag and it is great. Sure, there was a wait - but Wool and Oak communicated clearly with updates explaining what was going on and why. A little patience goes a long way!

As part of the Kickstarter campaign 2023, I backed the Nova Large in sand-colored leather with the matching compression pack on 01.07.2023. The decisive factor was the design and functionality of the product, which I found very appealing. The package arrived on Friday, June 14th 2024 The bag is as promised, looks high quality, is well made and I'm looking forward to using it on my upcoming business trip. I will provide a further review on my return. Stay tuned. I found the communication from Wool & Oak to be honest, transparent and satisfactory at all times. It is inevitable that there may be delays due to force majeure, so the good communication provided all the more clarity. As for the release of containers, well, ... this happens sometimes. This is the risk to take. To quote William Shakespeare: All's well that ends well. I am 100% convinced of the product and Wool & Oak, it will not be the last product I buy from this company. Thomas

Bought the brown leather Nova bag on Kickstarter. There were some delays in receiving the bag but that’s par for the course on Kickstarter. The quality of the bag is exactly as I hoped it would be and I look forward to years of use

Like others I was frustrated by the delay in receiving my bag. I think the Wool and Oak folks have justified the delay and people will be happy with the product when it arrives. The 48L bag function is just as portrayed in the Kickstarter campaign. I have had it for 1 week now. I have packed and unpacked the bag multiple times. My only complaint is the zippers are sticky initially, but they have improved after several days of usage. My bag offers multiple carry options. I know have an excellent way to carry my suit and dress shirts. I will look forward to further travel usage,
