Just got the Duffle Suitcase , already have the Nova large but. I needed a second bag and the Duffle fit the bill perfectly. I'm leaving for Germany in a week and the folks at Wool and Oak assured me it would be here in plenty of time, and it was, it arrived today 27 June. Can't thank you enough. Everything I need is set. After 12 years of the same tired duffel, I wanted to order something with the garment bag built in. After researching, I ordered the Nova Large bag, and recently their newly released dopp kit (hasn't arrived yet). I really love the bag - it's stylish, has a premium feel, and is elegantly designed for functionality. There are other bags on the market that are less expensive, but I'm glad to have spent the extra money for something that's an integral part of my frequent business travel. The customer service was also top notch. Always responsive, friendly, and willing to help. 10 stars.

Recently purchased the duffle suitcase and what an amazing product. I receive so many compliments and people ask me where did I get the bag. The functionality and space for a relatively small bag is great. Easily can fit 6/7 summer outfits. Highly recommend

I finally found the PERFECT leather carryon to go with my hard side carry on. It is the new duffel by Wool and Oak. I travel frequently and have been searching for the right leather carryon to accompany my hard side carry on. I purchased one *Chocolate color” a few weeks ago and once i discovered how good it really was, I purchased another “Black color” I have other leather carryon’s but the new Duffel surprised me and exceeded my expectations. While in dimensions it is a mid size bag, in use, it has more space than large leather carryon’s. There are two features that make it the PERFECT bag. One is the clam shell opening. Other similar bags have a zipper across the top, this completely opens. The second unique feature is that each side is deep with a surprising amount of space. It also has pockets inside, which if fully used might make it a challenge to close. However, the pockets on the outside are very functional and helpful for an IPad or laptop, phone etc. plus it has a luggage sleeve so that connecting it with my hard side luggage is easy. The zippers are solid and won’t come apart and it looks good. And with its size, it easily fits under an airline seat. It really is the perfect, leather carryon. Medium size in dimensions to fit under an ariline seat, very spacious interior, clam shell opening, functional outside pockets, a luggage sleeve and it looks good.

I ordered the large leather Nova bag off their initial Kickstarter campaign. Although there were delivery delays initially (it was Kickstarter after all!) and a damaged bag was initially received, the customer service was helpful, very responsive and came to the right solution. The bag itself is great, although the metal zips could be a little freeing moving. I look forward to using it more and more over the years!

I am a frequent traveler and need a bag that I can take with me into the cabin of a plane. it needs to be compact, light, on wheels, and can accommodate a suit with it's normal furnishings plus some additional clothing and overnight items. The Nova large bag seemed to fit the bill. It arrived as advertised and I took it on my first across country trip. Other than for the zipper being stiff, I found it perfect for my needs. The suit was not creased and everything worked. The only item that could not fit without having to leave out something else were the shoes. But that seemed obvious from looking at how the bag worked. I contacted customer service about the zipper as it is still somewhat stiff. They were quick to respond and advised that it would work itself out with time. i am going on an overseas trip so we will have to see it that happens. One suggestion is that the material used for the bag should be softer to provide more flexing. That way it can be compressed more easily for an under the seat option versus an over head compartment alternative. I am very impressed and pleased with my purchase and in particular with the customer service and the ingenuity of the bag. Thank you. PS let me know when you make one with a softer exterior and an easier zipper..

Customer service replied to my question within 24 hours and was super helpful. Received my large Nova bag within 2 weeks of ordering. Excellent product, excellent customer service. There have a lot of bad reviews from a year ago or so but have definitely fixed the issues and have always had top notch products

I ordered the large Nova carry-on and the packing cubes separately. I’ve not yet received either. However, for the packing cubes order, I apparently mistyped my e-mail address and, as a result, I didn’t receive my purchase confirmation. I sent a message through the website asking for confirmation of my purchase and a very kind person named Zander contacted me over the holiday weekend. He researched the problem, discovered my error, and put it all to rights very quickly. He even sent me a tracking link for the delivery. I am very pleased with the excellent care I’ve received thus far.
