Wool & OakReviews of woolandoak.com

Excellent customer service and stunning functional bag! I was looking for a personal item carry on bag that met airline specs so I could avoid checking a bag. I searched and searched for function, design, style, features, and maximum capacity. I discovered Wool & Oak, and I could not be more please. I bought the black leather Duffle Suitcase and the matching Toto toiletry kit bag. I highly recommend both. I traveled this past weekend and was very pleased not needing to check a bag. In addition, customer service took great care of me when I needed to make sure my bag arrived in time for my trip. I truly appreciated them working with me.

This company is phenomenal. The product is excellent and absolutely worth the price and the customer service is incredible! They reached out to me to ask about my experience with the bag after a week of having it (it's everything I could have hoped for in a purse!) and when I mentioned how it's amazing but the initial smell threw me off (strong chemical scent upon opening the package, it's faded completely since then) the representative said they were passing that info along to their team to look into it! 100% will be ordering from this brand again at some point.

Excellent service.

This is my absolute favorite bag. I have had one for over a year now and I can't say enough good things about. I had a different brand bag before and it just wasn't wide enough for the hangers to be zipped up in. This one is the perfect size and looks amazing as a rolling bag and a carry bag. I can't recommend it enough if you are considering buying it. I will be a life-long customer and bring this bag with me everywhere I go. The brown NOVA.

I had an issue with a bag I had purchased and initially wasn’t satisfied with the resolution that was offered. Cynthia stepped in and was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She took the time to understand my concerns and ultimately helped arrange for my bag to be replaced. I especially appreciated Cynthia’s willingness to advocate for a fair resolution and make sure I felt valued as a customer. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around because of her excellent customer service. It is employees like Cynthia who build customer loyalty and reflect so well on a company. I’m very grateful for her assistance and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Cynthia!

Love the company, the customer service, an the product!

While the product I ordered did not work for me the design was amazing! The customer service to return my purchase was exceptional. They worked with me and quickly handled my return. Thank you!!

I initially bought the nylon duffle suitcase, when it first came out and everyone I met traveling complimented the look and function. I have used the duffle for travel all over the world, and after a year, the side zipper was not catching very well. I emailed Wool and Oak, and after sending them a picture and short video of the problem, the company replaced the duffle at no cost. This process took maybe 1-2 days at best and one of the smoothest processes I have encountered. I upgraded to the leather duffle for an extra $100, and it definitely is worth the value. My family has been bugging me to get them one, Christmas shopping is done for 2026.
