All day bag
Ok I purchased the all day bag....so their customer service is very very poor, constantly had to chase for an update on the shipping and when they did respond it was with incorrect information (- 3) I ended up paying wayy to much in custom fees to the UK (94£) (-1) and no option for better / faster shipping (purchased on 6th April arrived 5th May) compared to how much I already paid with their "standard shipping option" (-1) however the product finally got here and I'm borderline in pleased with it the build quality externally is good (thus the +1 star) unfortunately the lipstick and Pen holder internal section is too small, otherwise spacious - I could not find a similar model (+1) or id go for a local option but I will need to see how it will hold up with daily use but it just does not justify the cost and experience over all for the product.

Hi Luis. Thank you for the honest review. We do note on all of our international shipments, there is a tax applied. We do not apply this tax. It is based on the recipient’s country. We understand that sometimes not every term is read but please understand we do have this warning throughout the check out process along with a follow up email. As for the pen, then you for the feedback. We have since corrected the size to fit. We hope you still enjoy your bag and we look forward to the opportunity to offer you a better experience.
