My piece came in. The two names were on opposing sides of the hearts. I have sent SoMany texts but No reply. I'm very sad about this whole experience. And I'd like my money back!!!!!!! If you can't fix it.

I am not sure if this company is a scam or just unfamiliar with business practices. I bought a set of items for $130 on April 26th. I tracked the package and eventually saw it was being returned to the warehouse because they couldnt complete delivery. When I asked what was happening, they said I had entered the address wrong even though what they showed me did not match what they sent on my order confirmation. I asked for a refund and they said it would cost me $10 because it wasnt their fault. Like I said, I am not sure if it is because they are a scam or just incompetent. They are located somewhere in Asia and I think this is caused by a translation error, but at the end of the day, I received nothing and and a month later, am still trying to resolve this. Buy at your own risk.

Purchased a bracelet that was to be shiny etc. Arrived looking like an antique! Will have to dispose of as it was a gift for a graduation. Refund was minimal. Next time I will review before I buy.

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament with a description on it. The description was in a pale yellow color with a line going through it. It was totally unreadable. When I contacted support to get a return/ refund. They never responded. Very very bad company !!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WOOHOPS. You will be wasting your money.

Absolute TRASH. Ordered a framed canvas and it came rolled up like a poster. Fool me once and Im never ordering from this company again.
