Easy to use.

My only complaint was that I couldn’t edit my selection when I found a mistake in the shopping cart, so had to start from scratch with a whole new order.

Placing this order was great. No problems. The only problem I had was I placed this order last year and time to get by Christmas. I never received my order. I do hope I get this one.

I was Leary because of the negative reviews. I have to say I was expecting the worst…..however I’m pleasantly surprised the ornament was exactly what I ordered. When I e-mailed the co to get a delivery estimate I received response the next day. I was able to track shipping. It did take 5 weeks

I received the item and looked beautiful. We had a misspelled name. Customer service was quick to respond and walk me through what needed to be done. Turns out I misspelled the name when I ordered. They were kind to give me a discount if I ordered another one. So I did and it is in the process and hopefully it will be shipped before the wedding date. Thank you for working this out.

Ordering was easy. Getting my confirmation information was a bit of a challenge but it worked out. Now waiting for delivery before my anniversary.

Absolutely love the fact that I could customize it to my liking. I had a lot of really cool things. And I hope that when I receive it I will love it as much as I think I will.

Print and colours were great, I was not prepared for the shine of the fabric and I doubt if my husband will wear this shirt much because of it
