Ordering was easy

It was fine ok ok ok

Product is very light colored wood; engraving does not “stand out”. Hearts do not “lay” as pictured. Difficult to read/see both names. 😞

I had trouble to complete order. Something was wrong to process credit card. I tried and tried. I gave up finally. Today, I tried again & it was ok to complete my order. This is a gift to parents to celebrate 71st wedding anniversary. I wish you give out approximate delivery date. I did priority service. Hope they get this fast enough.

Never received a confirmation email. Having received any updates about my purchase

I received all the ornaments together in one box which was nice but I was charged for separate shipping fees which is a problem. I think I should be reimbursed for some of the shipping fees that I had paid

It was advertised as a multi-layered wooden well crafted piece and instead was a screen printed single wooden disc. Still looks nice but not as nice as the shown in the ad.

I still haven't got my order , so I will wait to submit a review thank you
