Have not recieved the ring I ordered yet, when is is going to arrive?

When I ordered shirts for father’s day’s I ordered the normal sizes. My husband is a 4xl so I did size up. The 5xl fit my son who wears a 2x, but the shirts are customized which I love, but returning or replacing items was a terrible experience and I had to pay shipping for the company to ship new shirts. I absolutely love giving great reviews, but this is sadly not one of the good ones. Watch out friends. Pay close attention to what you order. And I ordered 2/3 weeks before Father’s Day and the shirts finally came 2 weeks after.

These shirts are not true to size. They advertise double stitched seam at neck. Mine was defective. I sent them pictures. They offered me 10% and then 20% and then 40% to keep the shirt. I can't wear it. I thought it was t-shirt material and it is not. There's nothing I can do with the shirt. I ordered the correct size that I always order and it's two sizes too small. I paid over $36 for this shirt and I have to throw it in the trash. Don't be fooled by this company. I wish I would have thought to look at reviews.

customer services team are friendly . I was not be able to find out my order number to look up my missing package. And they are friendly help me call the Carrier to confirm and send me a replacement in the same day . I really appreciate it !
