No problems at all. How long will it take to get the mural

I ordered 2 ornaments. When I received them, one was perfect the other was cracked at the top and the hole for hanging the ornament was not drilled. I sent an email via the website asking for a replacement but have not heard back from the company. This really is disappointing for so many reasons. I really like the ornaments and wanted to order more for the rest of my family and I am now concerned to do so.

I ordered a personalized Christmas ornament which I was asked to fill out at the time of ordering and it was perfect, looked great. When I received it, it was blank with a fine marker pen included. This was bait and switch. So disappointing as this is for my granddaughter's first Christmas.

This gives me an opportunity to express how much l like this company, while l was waiting on my purchase l thought it had got lost in the post so l emailed you asking when l could expect it and you answered right away needless to say l love my purchase the quality is superb Thank you .
