Super slow service, my order never arrived on time, I'm still waiting and the event happened three days ago, I won't buy again When it arrives I will return to rate the quality

I ordered a special gift for a Mother’s Day gift for my daughter. I’ve waited weeks for it to arrive in hopes that I would have it for Mother’s Day. Today is Mother’s Day and I still have not received my order. I would not recommend this company to anyone

If it was allowed I would give zero stars. This company is a complete fraud. I ordered an item and paid extra to have it delivered sooner. I never received the item and could not get anyone to respond to my emails. COMPLETE FRAUDS, SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

This the worst purchase I’ve made through a social media advertisement. I ordered a memorial bracelet to commemorate my son’s death. No it was not overly expensive but the overall look is hideous. The heart was welded crooked to the band, birthstone not dark enough for an emerald, surface is scratched and smudge, and they did not even have the decency to center the engraving. Such a waste of money and so disappointed!

It was advertised as a multi-layered wooden well crafted piece and instead was a screen printed single wooden disc. Still looks nice but not as nice as the shown in the ad.

I still haven't got my order , so I will wait to submit a review thank you

Absolutely love the fact that I could customize it to my liking. I had a lot of really cool things. And I hope that when I receive it I will love it as much as I think I will.
