Abzocke pur!

I signed up for the free trial to determine if the service was worthwhile. I cancelled the subscription before the end of the trial date and was charged the $39.99 fee because I didn’t cancel directly through the website. The company is misleading, fraudulent and the customer service completely useless. Definitely don’t trap yourself with their lackluster support and poor services. Go elsewhere.

Positive experience, but subscription cancellation could be easier. Woofz is a great resource for dog owners, but the subscription management process could be improved. After training Kiko for several months and achieving the desired results I decided to pause the subscription. I found it a bit confusing to cancel at first, even though it was eventually resolved with the help of the app's support.

Fraudulent company that ignores cancellation requests and refuses to issue refunds. Stay away! The product is also pretty useless.

Me siento estafada. . Si no quiere perder tu dinero aléjate de WOOFZ.

I took out a week trial, I did not subscribe to any subscription!!!! I have been invoiced and money taken out my account twice both for £39.99! I have requested a full cancellation of nothing I subscribed to and a full refund. This is a total SCAM!!
