I was going to use your service till I read your reviews of how hard it is to cancel the subscription. If you stand by your product cancelling should be as easy as joining. Be better! All your reviews say the same thing about you that you steal money.

Hello, Zoe. Thank you for taking the time to share your insights. At Woofz, we put customers first, and your feedback is invaluable. Kindly note that once you start a Premium or a Free trial subscription with us, it will auto-renew until you cancel. We provide a clear warning about this on the purchase screen. If you require further help or clarification, don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected], and we'll provide the necessary instructions.

I subscribed to a 12 week subscription from a pop up. It then told me to download the app so I did. It asked for credit card which I provided and when I tried to fill in information it comes up that this email account is already in use. It looks like I have two open accounts. I don’t know how to cancel one or both of them. I don’t want to pay for two subscriptions and I do not want to renew either.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. It sounds like there’s been some confusion, and we’re here to help clarify. To use the subscription you purchased, you’ll need to create a new account with a different email address, as your current email is already associated with another account. Please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue. Thank you!

I did sign up for the 7 day trial for $15.00 Used the app a couple of times that day and researched more and canceled that same day I was refunded my $15.00 I did not see any auto renewal anywhere And believed I was canceled A charge came on my credit card for $38+ I have disputed and lost because they say I was not canceled!! This is robbery I don’t think I should have been charged and my credit card co sides with Woofz! They refund the trial and continue the auto plan!!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible Taking advantage of people
Response from WoofzJan 26, 2025
Hello Joanne, We’re truly sorry for any frustration or confusion this situation may have caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. When signing up for the trial, the subscription is set to automatically renew unless it’s canceled, as clearly stated during the purchase process. This ensures users have uninterrupted access to the app’s features. We’d also like to clarify that we did not refund the trial amount. If a subscription is canceled during the trial period, no additional charges are applied. However, if the cancellation process isn’t completed, the subscription remains active, and the plan automatically renews as agreed upon at sign-up. We assure you that we cannot and do not charge for canceled plans. We regret any misunderstanding and take all feedback seriously. If you’d like further assistance, please reach out to us directly—we’re happy to help resolve any concerns!

Me descontaron sin mi autorización, 39.00 de mi banca en línea, cuando no me dejaron cancelar mi suscripción, era lo único que tenía para hacerme un examen de salud, son unos estafadores y ladrones, se aprovechan de las personas
Response from WoofzJan 24, 2025

Terrible app. Such basic training and then subscribe you with no warning and automatically charge your card
Response from WoofzJan 23, 2025

My dog hated car rides, which made trips to the vet a nightmare. This app gave me tips to help her feel more comfortable, and now she actually hops into the car on her own. This app is amazing!
