Hello Anna, We're sorry that you got into a situation like this, but we'd like to point out that the instructions to cancel the subscription were sent to you immediately after the initial request. We prompt our customers to cancel the subscription themselves in their Woofz account, which is more efficient than waiting for an answer from support. To make things right we have cancelled your subscription and issued a full refund for you. Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention, we are continuously working to improve our service and we appreciate every feedback. Have a lovely day ahead.
