The potty issues lessons are great! My dog used to pee everywhere at home, but now he is more trained thanks to this app.

Separation anxiety was a big issue for us. The ‘Alone Time Training’ module gave us techniques that actually worked, and now my dog is much more relaxed when I leave the house. Such a relief!

Good app with helpful training tips! Woofz has made a big difference in my dog’s behavior, especially with leash training and recall. Some lessons feel a bit short, but overall, it’s been super effective.

Really effective training tips on the app. Our puppy learnt all the basics without issue due to the advice and instructions on the Woofz training program. Customer service was fast and effective as well, nice dealing with humans straight away, too.

I can’t comment on the Personalized program, since they are not allowed to reveal the plan unless you give them a credit card number Typical click bait behavior. Why I have to give up my cc info before review the product?
Response from WoofzFeb 19, 2025

App seemed to lock me out after I cancelled my auto-renew, and the support team couldn't have been quicker or lovelier to resolve the issue for me. Plus, the app has taught me things that puppy school didn't cover.

Like many of the reviewers, I signed up for a promotional course (£12 for four weeks). When doing so, I looked pretty closely to make sure that that was all I was signing up for, and I also checked ‘my subscriptions’ on my phone to make sure there wasn’t anything else due to be debited — so I was very disappointed when Woofz deducted £30.77 from my account a month later. This app is definitely a scam as there was no prior notice of the deduction or email confirming what I had originally paid for and notifying me that I would then have further deductions. It took several sternly worded emails to get a full refund. Initially they offered me a year’s free subscription which I might have accepted had there been any more content to come but I had finished the course in the four weeks and the additional £30.77 really paid for absolutely nothing. I now can’t even access the content that I paid for now— so I can’t review the units we had completed. I’d give this app a very wide berth. A reputable company selling a decent product doesn’t conduct business in this way.

I absolutely love the WOOFZ app! I downloaded it just days after bringing home my 3-month-old Goldendoodle, and it’s been a game-changer. The personalized plan helped me get started immediately, and I saw results within just a day! My pup was crate trained in one session, and he quickly learned his name, "come," and "sit." The app makes training fun and easy, and I highly recommend it to any new puppy parent. It's been so helpful in giving me the tools I need to raise a well-behaved pup.
