I had ordered a watch for my husband…
I had ordered a watch for my husband back in November the day after thanksgiving. I understand things happen however this is beyond ridiculous since I ordered this watch way before Christmas. I asked multiple times to have my order expedited once it ships and they still didn’t do that. After this experience I will no longer order anything from this company again! Very disappointed how it was handled and for my inconvenience all you gave me was 10.00 credit towards my order. The fact that this watch was just shipped out yesterday.

Hey Kristy, We completely understand your feelings. We suffered significant supply chain issues and were not ready for the popularity of our 3-for-1 watch bundle which resulted in very long delays. I assure you, we moved as fast as we could without sacrificing quality. But totally get that we failed you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to meet your expectations as I am sure you will love the new timepiece. If we have lost your business forever we completely understand that but I hope you give us another chance to share our love of wooden watches with you and your loved ones.
