Interesting concept using wood to accent watches. It took a very long time to receive. This could be understandable, but there wasn't any upfront information on this process until you already paid. Customer service is quite responsive, something you don't get much elsewhere these days.

Gorgeous watch! Tremendous craftsmanship, however. My watch was non-functional when I received it. It had been de-magnetized probably going through a scanner at customs.

Expected to receive product before the 12/23 as promised by company, alas goods weren't received until 1/9, forced me to seek another avenue of gifts, but when received I was very pleased with the products. Will hold for birthdays.

Loved the items love that they are eco friendly. Just do not like the long wait to get my item. Also love the packaging
