Broken Item. Return was relatively easy but item was broken and felt cheap.

The watch didn’t work and I’ve contacted via email and nobody has reached back out.

Make a bigger size

Not worth the price! Battery was dead on arrival. Wood is inferior. Finally got the links to stay in place. Would not recommend!

Watch second hand is sprung. Need watch replaced!

I returned my watch over 9 months ago. It did not work when I first received it. I returned it and didn't hear anything back. I inquired about my watch and I was told that it was awaiting parts. Some time later I was notified that my watch would be repaired soon and returned to me. I waited along time and when I inquired again I was told that the company was waiting on me to tell them the watch model I wanted. I responded that I just wanted the same model that I originally ordered. I feel like my repair got lost in the shuffle and I would never purchase another product from your company.

This watch was originally ordered as a Christmas gift, came in January, but didn’t enclose the 2 free links to make it bigger, which I always have to have because my husbands hands and wrists are large. They were going to ship an extra link, finally got it in March last week, around the 20th. Thankfully the one link worked, although 2 still would have been better. Will never order from them again. The watch itself is beautiful, but 4 months is a little long to have to get it right!

Terrible customer service! Received the wrong item and I was told I had to send the wrong item back at my expense!
