We can’t get the watch adjusted. The directions are soooo small. My son was so excited to get this watch and has not worn it once. :(

Still don’t have the tool to take out my links. They sent me the extra but no instructions or tool to take it out

I was told that I would get my watches…
I was told that I would get my watches by Christmas. They were a Christmas present. They came in January. Yes I know I could have cancelled I really wanted something different for my husband. If you are not able to do something do not say you can.

Beautiful, but...
The watch is beautiful. I can't wait to wear it. It is however a bit on the tight side. If you have a larger wrist request extra links or don't purchase. My original order was taking an excessive amount of time to get sent out (over a month), so we settled on an in stock replacement. It was delivered swiftly (thank you for that). Also, upon further inspection the crystal had a chip in it as well. Let's see how this is addressed and how long it takes.

For the chip in the crystal, just reach out to support and we'll get that handled for you straightaway. Lessons learned, we now make extra watches for every order we get so we'll get it to you just as fast as last time(The fast one lol) if any have recently finished production.
