Rick has provided outstanding service to get my book published. He has been respectful and patient, and has responded to my questions. I think he has represented Woodbridge Publishing Company well.

I'm madly in love with Woodbridge Publishers . Although They're the fifth publishers I'm partnering with, they remain the best so far. They're affordable, fast and competent. They do work for you exceeding the amount of money you give them. All staffs are very professional especially Mark Allen my project manager. Mark pays attention to details and he is very patient with me, always giving me a listening ear. It's not always about the money but about client satisfaction. Mark listens to the clients and meet them at the point of Thier need. Mark has brilliant ideas and good character. He suggested a very strategic approach to upgrading my Depression manuscript. He is a very polite speaker who never gets angry no matter how personal frustration you vent on him. His emotional maturity is remarkable because he can handle so much pressure without freaking. One major thing that keeps me bonded to Woodbridge is the fact that, they build a friendship with Thier authors. It is hard to stop sending new manuscripts to Woodbridge ones you've started.

They promise the world and deliver nothing. Each of the last 4 months they said they are starting promotions, Meta ads. They have done nothing, just the same story, "We'll start this month and give you a report. Still waiting.

I've just had a call with this organisation after finding them on the internet. I was looking for a publisher to publish my first book. They seem friendly and offer what seems to be a comprehensive service, but at a cost to the author prior to them doing anything. I ran through a few questions with the representative, which they answered with vague answers, so I started getting a bad feeling about them. I asked for a copy of the contract that they would propose, but they were unwilling to send this out at this point for me to look over it. I asked if they were a UK registered company and for their company number and the called didn't understand what I was asking for. When I explained that I wanted their company registration number so that I could look them up on Companies House the caller refused. I ended the call at this point.
