I've just had a call with this organisation after finding them on the internet. I was looking for a publisher to publish my first book. They seem friendly and offer what seems to be a comprehensive service, but at a cost to the author prior to them doing anything. I ran through a few questions with the representative, which they answered with vague answers, so I started getting a bad feeling about them. I asked for a copy of the contract that they would propose, but they were unwilling to send this out at this point for me to look over it. I asked if they were a UK registered company and for their company number and the called didn't understand what I was asking for. When I explained that I wanted their company registration number so that I could look them up on Companies House the caller refused. I ended the call at this point.
