I stated Issac Davison a while ago. It was almost a random call in which I felt that I have known him forever.
I was having difficulty in finalizing a couple of books/manuscripts I had been working on for literarily for several years.
I was finally able to get free of the publishing company that was wasting my time adn have been working with Issaac for several month now.
He is fun to work with, A professional and I feel that he has both my interests and my books interests in mind.
I might add that I am typically difficult to work with

My experience with Woodbridge was good
My experience with Woodbridge was good. Amy was incredible! I was beginning to think I had been “shelved”, but she stepped in and saved the day!!! My book is now available and I am super excited!
I had previously sent my manuscript to a different publisher and it was two years with absolutely no results. I am extremely grateful for Amy and the crew at Woodbridge!!

James Martin and his team at Woodbridge…
James Martin and his team at Woodbridge Publishers were excellent and provided hands on, detailed editing and formatting help. This was our first publishing experience with my 9yr old son's first children's book. We went into this with little knowledge on what it involved. James and team helped us with multiple revisions, editing, formatting and walked us through the publishing process step by step. Response time for queries and availability on basecamp was excellent. James scheduled multiple zoom meetings with us through this process. Highly recommended.

Find better publisher
Have you ever dreamed about becoming an author of a published book?
Then you may discover Woodbridge Publishers — an agency that can turn the publishing process into endless delays, frustration, pointless communication, and wasted money. Their promises may sound attractive in the beginning, but the experience can quickly become disappointing.
At first, everything may sound professional and encouraging. There may be warm promises, polished emails, and reassuring words about editing, formatting, promotion, and distribution. You may feel that your long-awaited dream is finally moving forward and that someone experienced is ready to guide your book into the world.
But then the waiting begins. Days turn into weeks, weeks into months, and instead of clear progress you may receive vague explanations, repeated assurances, or requests to be patient just a little longer. The manuscript that was supposed to be polished and prepared can become a source of anxiety, because every answer raises more questions than it resolves.
What makes this kind of experience especially painful is not only the possible loss of money, but the loss of trust. A first-time author often brings more than a document to a publisher; they bring years of ideas, effort, and hope. When that hope is met with silence, delays, careless communication, or empty promises, the disappointment can feel personal.
That is why new writers should be careful before signing any agreement or paying for publishing services. It is important to check reviews, ask for examples of completed books, request a clear timeline, read every contract carefully, and make sure that all promised services are described in writing. A dream deserves support, not confusion. That’s why you must avoid business with Woodbridge Publishers to save your time, money and mental wellbeing.

Woodbridge Publishers are the…
Woodbridge Publishers are the consummate professionals that they are. They really are legitimate helping upcoming authors with getting their books out to the public. Ali was very patient with me executing the process with minor detractors but we’d made it work by communicating effectively and professionally.

Complete incompetence
Completely incompetent team. Project changed manager 4 times and even fired someone. Couldn't follow basic instructions and failed to deliver a workable book. I was told for the price I paid I only got interns working on my project and this was after I challenged the incompetence, not on the initial sales call. I attempted several times to request some form of log for change requests made but received nothing to keep track of revisions. Spoke to multiple agents where I had to repeat myself. Currently in a dispute as they refused to refund all of the money despite their 100% money back guarantee. They have been sent a court judgement but have gone completely MIA. Absolute nightmare to work with.
Response from Woodbridge PublishersSep 28, 2026
Hi Larissa,
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify several points for accuracy and transparency.
Throughout the project, our team worked to address your requests and provide the agreed deliverables. Upon your request, we refunded you the full amount paid for the Publishing Package and also provided you with the final manuscript/files associated with the project.
Regarding the website, the situation was different. The website hosting service had already been activated and paid for when the refund was requested, and the website was already live. Since the hosting service is provided through a third-party partner, once the service has been activated and delivered, the hosting fee is non-refundable in cases where the customer subsequently changes their mind. This was also explained to you during our call a couple of months ago.
We also want to clarify that describing our company or services as a “scam” is not an accurate representation of what occurred. The project was worked on, the requested publishing files were provided, and the applicable publishing refund was processed. We have also continued to communicate regarding the remaining website-hosting matter.
We respect that customers may have different expectations or opinions regarding the service, but we believe it is important that reviews reflect the complete circumstances and the services and refunds that were actually provided.
Best regards,
Woodbridge Publishers Team

Overall, very satisfied!
There was a little miscommunication but honestly is just as much my fault! These guys responded to issues quickly and overall, I'm very satisfied. Publishing a book can be quite a challenge and I'm glad they were there to guide me through the process and put up with me! lol
