Not in a rush to fix a bug
WooCommerce order barcodes has a bug, which they acknowledge, but they have no interest in fixing it any time soon or indicating when they might. Terrible customer service for a premium plugin.

I am very disappointed by the lack of technical support at Woocommerce.com. The alleged "technical support people" are completely useless, in terms of providing constructive solutions to technical issues in a reasonable timeframe. When you tell them they are no good, they merely ban you from the chat function to resolve technical issues! WAKE UP WOOCOMMERCE.COM, YOUR PERFORMANCE IS APPALLING!

It's not perfect, but it serves the purpose.
It's not perfect, but nothing comes close to the versatility and ease of use. We rely on wocommerce for several of our web stores. Updating all of the plugins can be a bit of a hassle, but they are improving that with every new release.

The last update messed up all prices
The last update messed up all prices. really annoyed by woo. I don't see any point of those updates. It just generates problems and cost to store owners.

VERY RUDE SUPPORT
I will go straight to the point. Recently I do update my website to the latest version of their Bookings plugin and then we had a serious issue. Woocommerce is always blaming the customer's end for bugs or not working plugins. After reverting all customization and disabling all plugins except Woocommerce and Woocommerce Bookings the problem was still there. It wasn't a plugin conflict and the first staff member in that chat was very rude to me! I am very disappointed and insulted. He wasted my time, he asked me to do all kind of things not related to my issue just because I suggested a possible issue in the source code because I have 15 years of experience as a web developer. I felt his anger and hate. It was between 10 am and 12 pm on Friday, 12 April 2019

First of all I'm a dropshipper with 2 stores and actually I recommend you to use WooCommerce for this busines, but only if you have previous experience with Woo and a good tech skills. If you are beginner it could be hard to manage and find the right solutions for your store, hard to customized all pages. Also I have some problems with orders statuses, and need to manage all orders manually. Havn't find a automatic solutions for this yet, but I hope it could be :) Anyway, good platform, great community behind it!

excellent
This software is so good, it's hard to believe that its free. The comfort of running business improved significantly since I switched from EDD to Woo. I highly recommend Woocommerce because of it's universality and a wide range of free add-ons.
