Bought a Plugin that didnt work, sent multiple emails to their support but never heard back!

I have several online stores and I'm a big fan of woocommerce and wordpress. Happy to use the product that made with all love and patience for users! Keep up great job!

I've been using WooCommerce for years, it's fantastic as a free working out the box eCommerce platform. What some people don't seem to understand is that Woocommerce is as good or bad as the WordPress Theme you're using, that's no fault of WooCommerce. I use OxygenBuilder exclusively, with their WooCommerce extension. There's a big learning curve with WooCommerce if you've never used it before, take the time to learn before trashing it. Getting to grips with product variations, shipping zones & classes, payment processors, etc etc takes a bit of time and patience. All of these things can be found on Youtube. If you're seriouse about creating your own eCommerce platform, it's well worth up skilling yourself. There's an even bigger learning curve with Oxygen Builder, but they have excellent tutorials and video guides. Building a good looking fluid WooCommerce store has never been easier, and the ability to customise every aspect of the shop, product, cart, checkout and my account pages is awesome. Woocommerce itself is free, however if you want more functionality, WooCommerce as well as many other providers have lots of plugins to use. For example I needed to manage multicurrency for one store, so I purchased a Multicurrency management plugin from ThemeForrest, and it works great. Other then that I'm using Woocommerce out the box. Most of the time the issues one has with getting ones store looking the way one wants it is to do more with the theme being used then with WooCommerce.

WooCommerce is excellent. Some people say "Don't buy WooCommerce". What? WooCommerce is for free. If you want set up serious business, WooCommerce is the right choice, I can tell you as web designer and developer. You can manage almost everything, including discounts, coupons, refunds, etc. Easily connect PayPal, Stripe and other payment gates. Once eshop is set up (very easy!), it works. Eshop will be totally yours, nobody will grab commissions from you and you won't pay any fees for WooCommerce. Keep in mind that you will need little bit of thinking. Sadly, people are quite lazy to think and learn new things (I apologize if I sound offensive), or they are just too busy for that (in that case they should hire somebody for ecommerce or just for initial setup). I set up several shops and the system works perfectly. If you do care about your website (including regular backups and updates) then the WooCommerce is the right choice. I am also able to do customization, so I've found this selling platform as very flexible.

Because of the long work on building a webshop, I came back to this company about a plugin that I bought, that wasn't doing what we needed. Unfortunately it was outside the 30-day policy. You would expect some understanding. But no, they just let you pay for something you aren't using. A client friendly company would refund you the amount you paid. This company isn't. I will never recommend anyone to buy something here. Look for another option, there is plenty of choice, with client friendly services. It is a pity companies still work like this. If something isn't used you should be able to make a gesture. Why would you like to make money over unused products? Then the moral is wrong.
