WooCommerceReviews of woocommerce.com

Don't buy woocommere, you will literally be forced to play with coding and be limited to so much. The plugin is designed to get you to buy more and even the support staff - their answers are to buy extensions which usually cost £80 or more. I wasted so many nights figuring out how to fix certain errors and although they know these errors exist, they have no intention of fixing them. All I have to say is look for better options.. there are many before you are stuck with this plugin.

gutes plugin für wordpress. macht was ist soll und ist kostenlos

Support asked me to hire someone to fix support issue. To do their work. Extremely incompetent support calling themselves support "engineers" and doing nothing. Support "engineers"? Are you fcuking kidding me??? you are support incompetents. Do yourself and your business a favor and never purchase anything from woocommerce. there IS no support. You can get all wordpess including woocommerce plugins for a fraction of cost or for free for a lot of reliable sources selling gpl licensed plugins.

If I could I would leave neg stars , I only just tried to buy their products and they could not of made it harder , if you see their name for a particular product , just keep looking for another company you couldn't do worse . I have sent them 16 emails feedback on their page everything I could they would not get back to me they send me a file that can not be opened, buyer beware.

Way better than BC. I switched several years ago and while there was a learning curve how my site looks now and on BC it's a professional site with WOO. So much customization, and way more affordable. Got tired of the nickel and diming for every app on BG.

Reasonable functionality and design for a free plugin. HOWEVER, customer service sucks! The only way to contact Woocomerce is via support ticket, there is no e-mail, chat, or phone number available. And it takes MONTHS for them to reply if they reply at all. This is completely unacceptable as there may be critical issues that stop the store from working. I was off to a rocky start with my store as customers experienced issues with payment. After 3 months I have finally solved my issues but with the help of Google search, not Woocommerce.

We use it for our business, the support lacks a bit and it should be better! Beside that it works great!
