I was told via email to show up at the venue and to wait by the box office by 3:45pm. I showed up at 3:30pm and waited in line with everyone else. 30 mins later they start checking identification only to find out that the Polyphia meet & greet was just wrapping up and the line was for Issues’ meet & greet. I, my daughter and another young lady weren’t made aware that the Polyphia meet was underway and where to go. Whoever was in charge of gathering the attendees didn’t do their job thoroughly. They need a megaphone or some sort of way to communicate with everyone in the waiting area. Maybe go out and double check when people are “missing” from the check in list.

I never got my package, and when I had asked about it, I was given an email address to message, but i failed to hear back from them in order to get the shirts or a refund. In efforts to track the package I tried to use the number given, but it said it was an invalif tracking code as well.

Communication seems to be getting better and email are being received by members! No fault of your own membership has gone down in numbers based on prices, seniority that no longer exists bc ME want everyone to have a fair chance plus higher pkgs are being offer and perks such as VIP and special events such as Leavenworth bus trip being offered which some of us is out of their price range. I give you 3 stars for your effort but you can do better.

My shipment was prompt, however I received defective merchandise and I'm still awaiting Wonderful Union's remedy of the issue
