Wonderful Union makes everyone feel like a $ sign. Not that this is any different from any other ticket or event company.. but can’t give a good review for a company that could care less about customer service and fan experience over bottom line numbers.

I paid for a VIP experience with an artist. It was supposed to be a tour of the stage and a meet and greet, photo shoot and merch. When we got there they made us stand outside in 15 below freezing temps for 3 hours, and the merch table was closed... the stage "tour" was just someone bringing us out in the front row and then asking if we had questions. We didn't see anything "up close and personal" like advertised and it was super unorganized. Don't ask us to ask questions, a tour should be planned!! Then when we got to the meet and greet, well, that didnt exist really. I had a question I wanted to ask the artist about his music and I wanted to say ive been a fan for 10 years but all I got time for was one autograph, then a quick photo by some photographer (I wasnt allowed to take a picture with my phone, and still dont have the picture they took). I was ushered out after about 15 seconds. I didnt even get to tell him I liked him or anything. Then when I got out to floor, there was no room left and I had to squeeze by some drunk people and get elbowed the whole time. We got priority "entry" but were standing in line for the meet and greet the whole time so by the time we got out to the floor there was no saved spaces left for VIP. I paid $300 to stand in the cold for 3 hours, get a crappy seat, no merch like promised and a very brief encounter with the artist. The non-vip people got in right before the show started and had a better experience in my opinion. The vips also didnt get merch because the booth was closed up until about show starting but we were forced to stand in a line outside or possibly miss the meet and greet (if you even want to call it that) Ive been to many other concerts where I never paid VIP, some where I met the artist and had a meet and greet for free! I will never pay for vip again.

I truly love the people at Wonderful Union - Kat has always been great to see at all of the 10 BSB Meet & Greets I have gone to - plus all of the people at the Helpdesk that have responded to all of my many frantic questions have always been responsive and professional. I have one more BSB Meet & Greet in Honolulu and hope to see Kat there again! Thank you - all of you!
