I purchased a meet and greet package for TyDolla$ in Oakland. The meet and greet was multiple hours late, with poor communication from whoever was in charge. I was separated from the group and he failed to respond to my message when I sent a text immediately to find them. I missed the opener of the concert, had to stand by a restroom on the upper level waiting and waiting, to not even meet the artist. There also was no communication regarding the merch we were supposed to receive, but never did. I got a unsatisfactory response only after I REACHED out. I have done many meet and greets and this was the WORST!!!!

Everything went very well and I'm sure that I will be working with Wonderful Union again, sometime in the future.

It was okay but we felt like M&G was too restrictive compared to other countries. M&G 2015 in Singapore was a better experience for me than DNA in Manila

Somehow it was not communicated clearly to the venue that there were two different VIP upgrades, so because the venue staff did not believe that I also had VIP early entry without the meet and greet, I wasn’t allowed to meet with the VIP coordinator and get my early entry lanyard. I also was told I couldn’t have a refund since it was up to me to find the VIP coordinator, though that’s kind of hard to do when I wasn’t allowed to leave the GA line.
