Terrible
Terrible. Had pay for additional shipping for a package that was never sent to me. After paying for the shipping, waited a month and had to follow up where the package was. Seems they had forgot about it.

Meet & Greet
Meet & Greet Meeting the Backstreet Boys and getting the photograph was great, but to just get a poster is kind of cheap for $500.00. I've seen and heard about the other VIP experiences that included food/drinks etc, that should be included for this cost. Let the fans enjoy the $500.00 instead of rushing us through a photo. Again, meeting them was great. Getting the photo op was great. The experience for $500.00 could have been better.
