Wonder StepsReviews of wonder-steps.com

BEWARE site is a SCAM. They say items can be returned but do NOT accept returns. They do NOT answer the phone in the middle of the day. They do not respond on site 'chat'. Knee thing does NOT WORK at all. All favorable REVIEWS are FAKE.

A friend recommended the knee brace to me and I used it and it felt great so I ordered a second one immediately. I have used other sleeves and these did impress me!!

We ordered and got the knee brace for my wife.... got it and it is very flimsy... wife tried to put it on and was too small and hurt her leg.... sent a letter asking for a return and refund.... They replied and said to review the return policy what states if the package is opened their is NO refund... How can you not return an item if you open the package. They did state I could return and get a bigger size... the quality is so poor it would be a waste of time....

I got these for my husband- not the right size. Their size says free returns and no extra added hidden fees. They need to take that off their site. It is NOT true. $16.95 new shipping fee and no return??? I really don't care that I don't have to return -- We cant use it. Their site is NOT truthful if you don't read every word you get screwed.

Wonder Steps Customer Service Team is outstanding!! They are very kind, helpful, and professional. They responded immediately to my concern over my inability to find a shipped order. The order was found but the Wonder Steps Team supported my concerns all the way. My knee sleeves fit and I am looking forward to using them to help support my knees when I ski. Thank you very much Wonder Steps Team for all your care and amazing support. I definitely trust that your products are as outstanding as your customer support team!!

The sleeves I ordered using their size chart did NOT fit. The only way I could get a larger size was to pay $16.95 shipping (which was obviously way more than what the true shipping costs would be). They told me that they do NOT cover anything in their warranty except for the sleeves not fitting properly.

I'm going on my sixth month of recovery from a medial menisectomy. I have to return to work in about five weeks and my job is physical. I recently spent a couple of days searching and comparing knee sleeves. It's a very confusing world of knee sleeves. What is rated number one or two on one site might be four or five on another site. (But this is true with a lot of products). I also decided to wear a knee sleeve on my good knee to avoid a possible meniscus tear on it. And just generally to stabilize it because of my physical job. I was getting so burnt out on searching for knee sleeves, but I finally somehow found the Wonder Step Website. Everything about this website seemed very convincing and so I decided to give it a chance. And I'm glad I did. These knee sleeves are everything they were described to be. They give my knees the support I'll need on my job and for taking long walks or hikes (someday). They're quality knee sleeves throughout. My knees feel firmly stabilized yet they're comfortable. I was a little bit dreadful about going back to work. But I feel much better now knowing my knees will be firmly stabilized yet comfortable with these knee sleeves. The durability of these knee sleeves remains to be seen. But I honestly think with good care they'll last thousands of hours of use. Also, really important. Their customer service is excellent. A word on sizing: Measuring three inches with the ruler end placed at the top of the kneecap, my left knee is 14 1/8 inches in circumference and my right knee 14 6/8 inches in circumference. I chose a medium and it fits very well. Also, when deciding on your size, the measurements are being taken in a sedentary state. But when your muscles start working hard and your thighs start expanding with blood, the circumference of your thighs will increase. So this is something to figure in to your decision of which size is best. Take Care...

Customer Service worked with me through the process and had an open communication until I received the knee supports. My wife was in a lot of pain, and we urgently needed the knee supports. Today we received and as soon as my wife put them on, she felt an immediate relief. This is a Great Product and Great Quality. Recommend these if you are in a lot of knee pain. Thank You Customer Support Team!.
