Incredibly disappointing. Like most of the other recent reviews, I ordered my clothe in November. NOVEMBER!!! And they just emailed me to say they are experiencing delays. It was obviously a template email because they had no idea that I ordered 3 months ago! It's literally the worst customer experience I have ever had and a real shame since the clothing is very nice. A disappointment at this point is a massive understatement! Don't buy

Ordered from them in mid November, immediately charged my card, but here we are over a month later. Still nothing has shipped. I have emailed three times with no response. Meanwhile I’m still getting hammered with promotional emails. This website is a scam, do not order from them.

I seriously thought I had been scammed. I ordered October 8 and one pair was on Pre-Order for November. I emailed a couple times throughout November asking about the shipping date and received emails back saying they were shipping at the end of the week. They never did. All this time I’m getting promotional emails multiple times per day with 50% offers. Why on earth would you be running sales if you can’t fulfill orders placed in October? I finally emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money. Of course they never responded and shipped my order immediately after. I truly wanted to hate the leggings but I have to admit they are kind of nice. The top inner band inside the waist is very tight and doesn’t give much, so I don’t love that. But otherwise they’re made of a smooth material, non see-through, and the prints are pretty. I would never buy from them again which is a bummer but what I ended up with I’ll keep.

I don’t really Like do bad rating reviews but I have to be honest with myself I am upset about my order a month ago and charged me for order full amount but I still haven’t seen shipping notification. I contacted customer service email only!) and told me it’s coming but still nothing after a week . Online support doesn’t work nor does phone service.., this company has lot to improve.

Terrible company. They don’t respond to inquiries or emails. Horrible return and cancellation policy. And took a month to ship my items. They are scammy for sure.

I wish i had looked at other reviews before I ordered :( They don't respond to emails, take too long to ship, and have a terrible refund policy. but it looks like from another reviewer that if i do a chargeback on my card, i still might be able to get a refund, so i think that's going to have to be my last resort sadly. not an ethical company at all. definitely a company that "Greenwashes" in order to make money.

!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a yoga set a few months back bc I saw they were having a sale on IG I went to go checkout and the price came to 128$ The code discount code was automatically applied but when I pressed pay it immediately went back to the original price of 170$ I emailed them immediately but it was late so I messaged them on IG and got a response saying they would see what the could do. The next afternoon I still didn’t receive an email from them so I tried to call but the number they have doesn’t work. WHAT??! So I messaged them again and they said they could give me store credit for the amount owed to me but could not issue me a refund so I said ok I want to cancel my order and they said that it was already shipped then two min later I get a ding from my Shoply app saying a label was created. How convenient. The second I got ot I returned it and they send an email saying h it would take up to two weeks to issue a refund which is crazy. The most should be a few days . Yep weeks go by and no refund so I email them and they said ot might take an extra week. Another week goes by and no refund so I called AMEX and disputed the charge . What do you know about an hour later they send an email saying they refunded me and they were sorry for the delay on there side they said my issue was resolved .. smh do yourself a favor and go support other small business yoga companies. For a company that claims to be earth conscious making their apparel from recycled bottles they are completely unethical and a total scam.

Horrible customer service where they use sustainability as an excuse to be lazy and not communicate with customers. I waited for months for my full set because they didn't disclose that none of my items would ship until one that was a pre-order was available. Team Wolf kept going on about giving me discounts for future purchasing and that I had to pay for shipping again to receive the stocked items. Complete joke and waste of time. Outfits are different to the colours on screen but the material is nice. Only had it for a fe weeks despite ordering in November but I'm concerned the clothes will tear, they're not as thick as normal yoga and workout clothes Plenty of better sustainable options like thrifting available. Defo don't recommend esp for the price
