This used to be my favourite brand years ago, and I own so many pieces. However, the way it is managed now I would recommend people to avoid. I ordered the Amalfi pants on the 30th of April. They took my money and then informed me they had made a mistake and were out of stock, so my order could not be shipped. At first, they seemed helpful in offering a solution by issuing me a store credit so that when the item gets restocked, I can order it. They said the item would soon be restocked. After many emails -and now 3 months later- they still refuse to refund my money and pretend that the restock is happening soon. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this has become incredibly frustrating and I just want my money for the entire order back. Scam company. Avoid at all costs; you cannot trust them.

Do not buy from here. The company does not update their out of stock inventory, allowing customers to buy products they do not have. They make you wait 3 weeks for delivery. They then attempt to issue a store credit instead of a rightful refund for the product they never had in the first place. Complete scam. I will never buy from here again.

They will take 1 month just to ship 1 item, and not give any update on it. 0/10, they really made the whole experience feel like a scam. They also use Ai for their customer service. So have fun

Beware all UK customers, Wolven takes no responsibility for missing parcels. I paid £47.40 for some yoga pants plus £24.65 postage. It was supposed to be delivered 6 weeks later. It never arrived and I have no come back.

Maybe Wolven should consider the service you have provided for people when you are asking for reviews! Especially when you do not have products, don't know when you are going to have the products (or if you even will reorder them) and do not respond to customer service requests timely when someone is actively trying to buy your product...

I was really enthusiastic about the clothes and the message of wolven. I started ordering there three years ago and it was all fine. but a year ago they changed shipping method and since then there are always problems with the import, taxes or the delivery and wolven costumer service isn’t very accommodating.

Customer service is abysmal and their return policy is misleading. Quality of the clothes is very poor. I bought a yoga fit that was slightly discounted and the fabric is awful. Scratchy and thin and size runs a little small. I didn’t want to exchange for another product so initiated a return on Instagram where I originally bought it which was completely ignored. I had to reach out a 2nd time only to be told my order is not eligible for return. The support response didn’t even apologize for inconvenience or for the delay in their reply. I’ve asked to speak to a manager and have not had a response yet. Hopefully they don’t ignore me completely. What bs.

Similar to other reviews, I ordered several items on November 28th as a Christmas present for my wife. About a week before Christmas I realized I hadn't received the items nor had I received any messaging relating to my purchase. I did notice the company was very quick to charge my credit card on the same day of my order though and it has been my experience that a reputable company only charges your card when the inventory is available. Upon contacting their customer service I was informed that the items I ordered were no longer in stock. While that is understandable a week before Christmas, I cannot accept that my items were out of stock at the time I ordered them (a month prior) and even if they were, how the company felt compelled to charge my card for items they didn't have. Clearly Wolven dropped the ball on my order and had zero interest in owning up to their mistake. They also showed no compassion for the fact that they had ruined my wife's gift for Christmas. So far Wolven has only offered a paltry 15% discount for all of the inconvenience. Which, to no surprise at this point, is even less than I can get through Capital One's Chrome extension for online shopping discounts. Oh, and the cherry on top? I had to request the $1.13 Wolven shorted me when they finally refunded my original order (can't call it a purchase because according to them I never bought anything). Do yourself a favor, find another sustainability brand. This one is a fraud.
