I placed my order back in November and still haven’t received it. They originally told me it would ship in December then January then March…still nothing. Starting to believe I was scammed and doubting that I’ll ever receive my order at this point. I’m very disappointed because it seemed like an ethical company but the communication is terrible. I’ve reached out to customer service with very vague responses or no response at all.

I have updated my review because they seem to have improved their shipping as it came in within a couple of weeks from the U.S. to Canada. Their clothes remain top notch, and I will be ordering from them again. I absolutely love the clothes; it's the customer service that I have trouble with. I ordered my outfit on December 26 and did not receive it until mid-March. Every time I sent an email, they would tell me that there are "shipping delays." The icing on the cake was when they emailed in March to say that they will comp. me a new pair of leggings, in addition to my order, due to the delays. They sent me another email retracting this commitment because, as it turns out, they had just shipped my original order. This felt like a slight since they were already extremely delayed. When I expressed my disappointment, they did not respond. While I love my outfit and their (proclaimed) vision as a company, I do not think I will be purchasing from them again.

I ordered some leggings ( which I have done in the past...3 others to be exact. It has been at least a year since last purchase. No issues. For this purphase,I cannot connect through email to customer service and none of the phone numbers work. I ordered my leggings on March 17th. While i got a confirmation email, I have no tracking info whatsoever. It is the 28th and I am leaving the 31st for a few days.I really dont get why communication is so difficult. i am just now seeing the reviews online and am bummed. Hoping this resolves

Would give zero stars if I could!! Terrible customer service, they take forever to respond. Never shipped my order. It’s been three months. They offered either free product or refund so I went for refund and said I have to pay a 3% cancellation fee?? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Order 2 months ago. Items have not been shipped yet. No response from company. Will dispute with my cc company. What a shame...I like their products and was considering selling them in my yoga studio. Poor custumer service ruined this company for me.

Limited communication on orders from several months ago for many customers. I have asked for my funds back for the order I have not received and only received form letters. Return money to your customers. Your practices are irresponsible and predatory. I encourage everyone who has had a similar experience to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I never received the clothes that I ordered online. When I contacted the company they told me I could get a discount on my next order as compensation. Why would I do that? I left follow up messages with their team and no one has ever got back to me. My advice; stay away
