I ordered from Wolven Threads for the first time (2 items). One of the items I need to return. It's been almost 2 weeks since I emailed Wolven and I have gotten no response. I emailed more than once and also submitted two inquiries about the return process via their website's "Contact Us" form. Still NOTHING. I wish I was getting the same great customer service as some of these reviewers. As of now I will not order from this company again. Not being able to get in touch with them or get a reply is so confusing & frustrating. At this point I don't even trust they will refund me if I send the item back.

I ordered my items Nov 27th but didn’t find out one of my items was out of stock until just before Christmas when I emailed to ask on the status and the other item won’t be shipping until after the holiday. That’s over a month waiting for my items to even ship.

Poor shipping times takes over a week to even ship it out sometimes longer. I have heard horrible things about company culture and how this business is run. Quality of clothing is nice and they are cute pieces, but not happy with my overall experience.

I seriously thought I had been scammed. I ordered October 8 and one pair was on Pre-Order for November. I emailed a couple times throughout November asking about the shipping date and received emails back saying they were shipping at the end of the week. They never did. All this time I’m getting promotional emails multiple times per day with 50% offers. Why on earth would you be running sales if you can’t fulfill orders placed in October? I finally emailed them to cancel my order and refund my money. Of course they never responded and shipped my order immediately after. I truly wanted to hate the leggings but I have to admit they are kind of nice. The top inner band inside the waist is very tight and doesn’t give much, so I don’t love that. But otherwise they’re made of a smooth material, non see-through, and the prints are pretty. I would never buy from them again which is a bummer but what I ended up with I’ll keep.

Terrible company. They don’t respond to inquiries or emails. Horrible return and cancellation policy. And took a month to ship my items. They are scammy for sure.

Even though the website pictures larger people, they make these clothes for thin and tall people. I am 5'1" and 125 lbs, I usually wear a medium in other brands. I measured myself twice to make sure I was getting the correct size from Wolven. I was excited when my order came and tried everything on immediately. The clothes were long and so tight I could barely breathe! I had to send everything back but when I went to do that, I could only get a store credit. I was disappointed because I didn't think this line of clothing was made for short people; they have no petite sizes. I eventually found a swimsuit that I liked and found a tank top that was overpriced at $60 just to use up my store credit. The only reason I gave them two stars was because the fabric is nice and should hold up for years (hopefully).

I ordered a pair of the bike shorts in size M, as I did as much research as I could about the best size for me (I am 10/12 in UK sizing) but when it arrived it was too small. The material and pattern was nice, though. So the first thing Wolven need to sort out is their sizing - I refuse to exchange this for a "large" when I am a very slim woman (5ft 4, and 62kg). This is the sort of thing that makes women feel so bad about their bodies all the time, as we are labelled into very unrealistic categories.. Secondly the returns policy is awful, you have to pay for your own shipping for international orders which can be quite a lot. And I don't even know how much I will get in the refund as apparently they also deduct their own shipping from this. I did read the policy before ordering but was being optimistic that the item would fit me!! Will never order from Wolven again.
