I was pleased I received my order so quickly. I am a retired shoe fitter. I used to sell Wolky Jewel at the retailer I worked for. Loved the shoe! The shoe is so versatile and comfy! There are so many colors to choose from ! My favorite color to sell was the red. My employer didn't carry the size 43 . So, this is my first very own pair. I love it and am looking forward to the summer ahead wearing them. Keep making the Jewel!

I need to return shoes and I cannot…
I need to return shoes and I cannot contact anyone to tell them that the promised return label has not arrived. I received many emails before the shoes arrived and now NOBODY answers the phone or does what they say they will do. I need to return the shoes as soon as possible and there is no one to help me.

Thank you for your message, and I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused. I did receive your return request on Monday, and our return labels typically take 1–2 business days to be issued. In this case, I was out of office for a short period, which did cause a slight delay in processing. I did go ahead and send your return label as soon as I was back and able to process it, and it was issued shortly after. I also followed up to confirm it had been sent. I’m sorry if there was any confusion or if it felt like you were not being assisted during that time. That was not our intention, and I do understand your concern about wanting to return the shoes as quickly as possible. I also did see your recent dispute/feedback. We absolutely take all customer concerns seriously, and I’m happy to continue assisting you directly here so we can get this resolved properly. If you are still unable to locate the label, please let me know and I will resend it immediately.

Exceptional service! Quick shipping with tracking. There was never a doubt in my mind of when or where my product was located or the arrival time. Love the little detail of adding information about the company within the package.

A few glitches to work out
It took about six weeks for it to be mailed within state. That seems like an awfully long time. I’m trying to return them now and I was told I would get something in my email, but I’ve yet to receive it. I thought this would be a supportive shoe, but it did not support any of my foot challenges.

The item was placed on backorder at the time of purchase, and that information was also included in the order confirmation email. Unfortunately, the shipment was later delayed due to factory timing issues, which extended the delivery beyond the original estimate. I’m sorry the shoes didn’t end up meeting your support needs.
