I ordered from Australia and they arrived in 12 days as advertised. Good feel and quality especially for the price. Highly recommend.

I took a chance and am pleasantly surprised. The delivery time was within expectations for economy shipping. The sunglasses are nicely made as are the cases I ordered. Regading the reviews suggesting the products are made in China. They may well be, but that is not necessarily a marker of quality, poor or otherwise. These frames are easily equivalent to my known brand pairs and I haven't had any issues with lens quality. I will definitely be repeat customer. Comes were also excellent.

Polarised lenses are very poor quality. Lens is slightly 'warped', defected. Probaby just a polarising stick-on filter.

Was worried because of the bad reviews and am not usually one to write a review myself, but felt obliged because of how pleased I am. I thought for the price I’d have a go and really pleased I did. They do take about a week and a half but that’s to be expected and I got email updates. Really pleased, amazing value for money - ordered another set and they arrived fine too. So much so my partner took advantage of the buy one get one free deal, and is also pleased. Thanks

Extremely poor customer service after dishonest promotions. Be very careful spending your money here.

8/11/24 In Australia, have been waiting weeks for my package to arrive. Got shipped to Sydney, and then back to New York? After reading some of these reviews unsure if I will ever get them. Edit - 20/11/24 I have received the sunglasses, the quality is acceptable for it’s price. I would recommend, however, if time is an issue do not buy. Also note there were no extra fees once it entered my country (Australia), I also did not have to go to the post office to pick it up.

Scam. False advertising that they wouldn’t charge shipping and they were offering buy one get one free. They charged me shipping and didn’t offer another pair. In talking to customer support I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. Their comms have been misleading and unhelpful and I am struggling to simply cancel the order and get a refund. I have a screenshot of their ad offering those deals which they haven’t honoured and looking into ways of reporting them.

Ridiculous and misleading. Products made in China. When you order from an EU country you get redirected to their “EU site” which means absolutely nothing because they’re not shipped from within the EU so as many others have commented, you’re hit either customs and VAT on arrival that in most cases will double the purchase price. Product is only mediocre too. Avoid.
