Absolutely abysmal customer service and massive wait times. I was given a 12-day processing time frame and when I checked after 12 days they claim they needed more time and I still have not received the glasses. I will never ever buy anything from this company again.

Very well priced and good quality sunglasses. I wanted some new sunnies but didn't want £150 ray bans as I'm quite good at losing them. I also didn't want cheap and poor quality sunglasses either. I ordered two pairs that arrived in good time and I must say they are excellent. For the money, two high quality pairs at £70 is incredible. Not sure what any other customers are complaining about really. Love mine.

Glasses are of a reasonable quality, right for the price point. They fit well too (Sterling) The negatives 1. Nearly 2 weeks to deliver to the UK 2. There is an admin fee for returns 3. You have to pay for returns postage (to the USA) I don't mind paying the returns, but why charge an admin fee too? You are an online company, people have to try glasses on.

Watch out for customs duties and fees. I made a purchase through the website and paid with Apple Pay, but I didn’t receive any information about customs duties and fees being added to my order. My glasses ended up 40% more expensive than expected. When I pointed this out, WMP referred to a text on their website about customs, which isn’t visible if you pay with Apple Pay, as I did. I also used a discount code, but later the same week the glasses were available for a cheaper price without a discount code. Embarrassing.

Received my glasses after about a 3 week wait and they look ok but they are very big. I took them out of the box and put with my other glasses and stupidly threw packaging out (Mum of 2 littles and working FT so everything is a rush) but after trying them again, decided that they are just too wide and falling down and also I think they look quite cheap. Just looked up how to return and you need to go back in the original box! Never have this with other companies. As long as they are in new condition and safely packaged, I don't see why the exact cardboard box matters (it was a small plain, unbranded box). So now I am stuck with £32 glasses that look cheap and are too big. Not cool WMP. I should've stuck with Ray Bans.

Honestly, these are the BEST sunglasses I have ever owned and for a fantastic price. Amazing quality I'm proper chuffed with them.

I made an order 6 days ago but when I look on my orders on their website my order is not showing - it says I have no order !!!!
