To clarify: as a U.S. based company, we don't currently have access to local UK mail carriers, so we aren't able to offer prepaid return labels for international orders. Our full return policy, including how international returns work, is available in our Help Center for reference. Improving the international return experience is something we're actively working on, and feedback like yours genuinely helps us get there. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know.

Hi Sarah, we're so sorry you had a bad experience. We're a U.S. based company and wish we could offer return labels to international customers, but local carriers abroad aren't available to us. We're actively working to expand our fulfillment internationally so this can change. Thank you for giving our products a try, and for your honest feedback, it's helping shape how we serve customers outside the U.S.

We're working to make this more visible earlier in the process, and we're also exploring additional lens types available.
