Feel inclined to write as I saw the bad reviews after I ordered but they came in 11 days and are good quality, well packaged and I like them. Based on my experience, definitely recommend!

First time I tried to order from Germany it took 20 business day for them to tell me that my package was being held at the post office, when I went there the package had already been sent back. After giving them another chance and paying the express delivery which was 20 euros! on top of that I had to pay HALF of the price of the sunglasses in taxes. They don't make clear that this will happen and it will happen every time. They just keep it hidden to motivate people from ordering.

I ordered some sunglasses after seeing an ad on Instagram. Was aware that they would take awhile to arrive as confirmed with the order. I placed the order on 26th June and received the glasses today, 8th July with zero chasing and zero additional taxes to pay. I LOVE the product, Lightweight and sturdy and exactly as advertised. I usually trust pilot every company before purchasing from one that I've not used before but will admit on this occasion I didn't and when I had a quick look before my product arrived I was a little worried. Really had no need to be whatsoever and would absolutely purchase again.

Ordered 2 glasses and 2 hard shell cases. After almost one month received my package in the Netherlands. But first I had to pay Euro 25 of taxes and handling costs to customs. 1 item was missing in the package. After complaining WMP refunded the purchase amount, but refuses to refund the tax I paid for the missing item. Crazy way of treating your customers. WMP makes a mistake and the customer pays for it.

Til at starte med, skulle jeg have modtaget en rabat kode jeg aldrig fik. Valgte at bestille et par solbriller alligevel. Jeg fortryder og forsøger at annullere bestilling samme dag. Skriver til dem 3 gange og har stadig intet hørt. Men pengene har de trukket. Hold jer væk fra WMPeyewear.

Been waiting for over a month for these glasses. Now I get an email from BPOST (acknowledged courier service in Belgium) that I have to pay an extra €32 because the goods come from outside the EU. Nowhere is this displayed on their website. My advice: Don't order if you are from Europe.

3 negative things WMP didn't mentioned: - delivery was very poor, waited over 1 month! - no reaction from WMP via mail to check if my order was ok - customs tax costs €16,- extra! Shade is fine but not excellent, it feels very light/cheap.

Tager en evighed at få pakken frem og der skal betale told og toldgebyr, da de ikke selv ordner det som andre. Lad for alt i verden være med at bestille herfra!
