We’re proud to work with global partners, and our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China—something we are fully transparent about. While we understand this may not meet everyone's expectations, many of our customers return to shop with us again because they’re happy with the quality and value of our bands. That said, we're genuinely sorry you didn’t have a great experience and appreciate your feedback.
