Bad quality
Coming from China, the quality is so bad. Customer service is too slow. It has been a 2 weeks since I requested a refund and they just response me and declined without a reason.

I love the bands from WizeBand and the customer support is great! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and Emily helped me to resolve the issue, I’m really happy with the support I got, quite rare these days I feel to have someone reply nicely and being that helpful. Absoluut waardeloze ervaring met deze webshop. We bestelden duidelijk een zilveren horlogeband met gouden details, maar na weken wachten kregen we een volledig gouden band toegestuurd. Vervolgens probeert de klantenservice ons wijs te maken dat wij verkeerd besteld hebben, terwijl hun website verwarrend en slecht opgebouwd is.
In plaats van hun fout recht te zetten, weigeren ze simpelweg om te ruilen of verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Klantvriendelijkheid bestaat hier duidelijk niet. Ze reageren arrogant en zoeken alleen excuses.
Bespaar jezelf tijd, geld en frustratie en koop hier vooral NIET. Er zijn veel betere en eerlijkere webshops dan deze.
