To clarify, the band you received is made from resin, which gives it a lightweight feel, while its "ceramic" name refers to its polished, glossy look. It combines both aesthetics and comfort for everyday wear. Regarding the link removal tool, it sounds like the tool might not have been aligned correctly during the adjustment process. This can happen if the tool isn’t centered properly on the pinhole, causing it to get stuck on the band itself. If this resulted in the tool being damaged, we’d be happy to send you a replacement tool free of charge. Just let us know!
