I ordered the Telos metal band but unfortunately I had not checked the product details and I did not spot that it was not compatible with the Versa 4. Customer service was excellent and, despite this being my error, they gave me a full refund. The band was of excellent quality and very well made so it is a real shame I cannot use it.

Great quality watch bands and easy to size. Waiting for exchange on 1 band with a clasp that I didn’t care for. Also waiting for referral code to share with friends! Last update, the credit they are giving me of $22 for the “free exchange “ will actually cost me an additional $16.74! Not free! I’ve asked for a refund , no response and it’s been 2 days! As for the referral code, i’ve asked 3 times for it as I do not see it on my original invoice.
